What this site does

Brainiall is an AI gateway that lets you interact with 104 large language models (chat, reasoning, search, image, video, audio, music) via one OpenAI-compatible API. Every conversation, image generation, video, and audio output you produce on this platform is the result of an automated machine-learning system.

Transparency obligations we follow

• EU AI Act Article 50 (Regulation EU 2024/1689): From 2 August 2026, AI system providers and deployers must inform natural persons that they are interacting with an AI system. We do this via in-page disclosure footers in all 9 supported locales.
• LGPD Art. 20 (Brazil): You have the right to know when a decision is automated and to request human review. Contact dpo@brainiall.com.
• APPI (Japan): Personal information processed only for stated purposes; AI-generated content marked as such.
• PIPL (China): AI-generated synthetic content (deep-synthesis) marked per Cyberspace Administration regulations.
• UK Data Use & Access Act 2025: Automated decision-making subject to article 22 GDPR-equivalent rights.

What you can do

• Right to know: every chat reply marked "role": "assistant" + "model": "..." identifies which AI model produced it.
• Right to opt out: cancel subscription anytime via /billing.
• Right to data deletion: /privacy/rights handles GDPR/LGPD/CCPA/DUAA requests.
• Right to human review: contact support@brainiall.com for any AI-driven decision review.

Models you may interact with

Open API listing at /api/models exposes the 104-model catalog (chat 60, reasoning 15, image 12, audio 6, video 5, search 4, music 2). The OpenAI-compatible /v1/models returns the chat-compatible subset (42 chat-tier models).
